Q. Do you accept exterior corridor hotels for conversions?
A. Yes

Q. Are all renovations required at the beginning?
A. No. Our PIP’s are property specific.

Q. Do you have a rebate based on my quality performance?
A. Yes. Red Roof does offer a rebate if a property meets specific standards (Does not apply to all properties).

Q. Do you outsource your CRS?
A. No. Red Roof Inn has their own, in-house contact center which handles all 1-800-REDROOF calls, supports our RediCard loyalty program, handles Group reservations; and also offers a call transfer option that can handle an inn’s direct reservation calls as well.

Q. What kind of operations support can I expect?
A. We have five Franchise Operations Directors (FOD’s) that provide operational support to our franchise locations. All FOD’s are former Red Roof GM’s and average 19 years of experience with Red Roof.

Q. Why do you only have one brand?
A. Since our first day in 1972, the Red Roof Inn brand has been our top priority which means our franchisees are our top priority. When a company offers multiple brands, resources and support must be shared. By focusing on just the Red Roof brand we’re able to provide a better experience for both our guests and franchisees.

Q. Do I have to paint my roof red?
A. A red roof is not a brand standard and therefore is not mandatory.

Q. What is the minimum number of rooms Red Roof will accept?
A. Unless there are special circumstances, we typically look for 50 or more rooms. (See Red Roof Inn Flushing, NY).
