New prototypes have been designed from the ground up to be easy to build, complete and maintain, while offering guests a contemporary, fresh setting they would expect from more expensive hotels. And, our team is available to work with developers and architects to customize the plan to each location.

Conversions

The prototype design elements are flexible enough to fit virtually any product being considered for renovation or conversion upgrades. We consult with each project to help determine the best approach.
