Our Franchise Operations Directors are among the most experienced in the business. All are former Red Roof GMs, averaging 20 years of brand experience. And they take personal responsibility for the success of each of their assigned properties. Then there’s our Franchise Focus Group comprised of senior executives from each area of expertise. Each month, they meet to review and develop critical care plans for properties experiencing difficulties and assign the necessary support services. And, of course, consultation with our franchisees through our Franchise Advisory Council enables us to make the most of opportunities and solve issues quickly.

Grand Opening Support

We work with you to ensure your property is well supplied and supported when opened. As your opening nears, the Franchise Field Trainer will be on site to train employees on the PM system as well as Red Roof policies and procedures, all to make sure you have a smooth opening.
