George Limbert is the President of Red Roof, an award-winning leader in the lodging industry with over 660 properties in the United States, Brazil and Japan. George joined Red Roof in 2013 as the company’s in house counsel. Recently, George led a financial and strategic transformation of the business and was appointed interim President in 2021. He guides an organization that serves millions of guests each year, delivering enhanced experiences and unmatched value. He is the cornerstone in driving long term strategic planning, improved operational and financial performance, and greater value for Red Roof stakeholders, business partners and guests. George fosters collaboration in communicating brand values, driving business growth and profitability.
Chief Development Officer
Matthew Hostetler is currently serving as the Chief Development Officer for the leader of the economy lodging industry, Red Roof®. He brings extensive knowledge in hospitality and franchising to Red Roof and his role of expanding the brand through franchise development, operations support, and branding. Prior to joining Red Roof, Matt was intimately involved in the re-launch of the Germany based luxury real estate brand Engel & Völkers in the USA as a Senior Vice President –Eastern Region. Matt also worked with Coldwell Banker Residential & Commercial Real Estate leading the expansion efforts in North America. Matt honed in his skills in the hospitality industry with Wyndham Worldwide prior to joining the Red Roof team. Matt is a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania.
Chief Marketing Officer
Before joining Red Roof, Marina gained extensive experience in global and national hotel marketing and sales while working with Remington Hotels and Wyndham International. For her efforts encouraging women to grow their careers and pursue leadership roles, she was named winner of the American Hotel & Lodging Association’s 2017 Stars of the Industry Paving the Way award.
Chief Information Officer
Prior to joining Red Roof, Ted served as CIO for All Aboard Florida, overseeing its South Florida-based high-speed rail system, Brightline. Responsibilities included delivering integrated guest experiences, managing technology buildouts and creating self-healing networks. Ted’s career also includes stops at Porter Airlines, AirTran Airways, Sabre and US Airways.
SVP Franchise Operations
Fouad Malouf serves as Senior Vice President of Franchise Operations for Red Roof Inns, overseeing 530 locations in the U.S and international markets. Throughout his career with the Brand Fouad held many positions as he moved up in the ranks, most recently as Vice President directly supporting the franchisees and his franchise operations team in their day to day operations. His passion is building and maintaining strong business relationships by providing unique value. In addition to his core responsibilities, he is also the vice chair of Red Roof Inns Brand Standards Committee and plays an active role with the Red Roof Inn Franchise Advisory Council.
SVP Revenue Generation
Alex J. Cisneros joined Red Roof as Senior Vice President, Revenue Generation in 2019. Alex leads the Revenue Management and Analytics teams, charged with helping to grow revenue and evolving the infrastructure to better support brand strategies. Most recently, Alex served as the Vice President of Revenue Generation for Wyndham Destinations leading all aspects of the revenue generation process including Revenue Management, Marketing, Analytics, Call Center and Distribution for over 20 brands. Previously, Alex spent nearly a decade working in Transportation, Telecommunications and Consulting for publicly traded companies and startups. A native of Ecuador, Alex holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers University and a MS in Management and Hospitality from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
