Red Roof is totally focused on the success of one brand, not how many different brands we can locate on one corner. That means we can focus on every hotel and every franchisee, every day.

Our relationship with our franchisees is based on fairness, honesty and open communication. In essence, we’re working together. And that just makes good common sense. After all, we own and operate hotels ourselves.

Our owner/operator perspective means that we’re focused on the same outcomes as our franchisees. That’s why we actively solicit and value the opinions of our franchisees. Our Franchise Advisory Council meets regularly with each member serving as the brand liaison between the franchisees in his or her area and the Red Roof Franchising executive team. It also means that brand decisions are made with the success of each property in mind. It helps that our Franchise Operations Directors are all experienced General Managers who understand the ins and outs of running a hotel.
