Do you accept exterior corridor hotels for conversions?


Are all renovations required at the beginning?

No. Our property improvement plans (PIPs) are property specific.

Do you offer a rebate based on my quality performance?

Yes. Red Roof offers a rebate if a property meets specific standards (does not apply to all properties).

Do you outsource your Central Reservations System (CRS)?

No. Red Roof has its own in-house contact center which handles all 1.800.REDROOF calls, supports our RediCard® loyalty program, handles group reservations, and offers a call transfer option that can handle a location’s direct reservation calls as well.

What kind of operations support can I expect?

Our Regional Vice Presidents of Operations (RVPOs) are all former GMs with an average of 15+ years experience and are highly rated by our franchisees. They have the full support of all corporate teams including Training, Marketing, IT, Design and Construction, and Distribution.

Do I have to paint my roof red?

No. A red roof is not a brand standard and therefore is not mandatory.

What is the minimum number of rooms Red Roof will accept?

Unless there are special circumstances, we typically look for locations with 50 or more rooms.
